Delivery

All orders include free delivery to UK Mainland areas, your order will normally be despatched in 3 – 5 working days via a courier service. We work closely with the courier and ensure your order arrives within the delivery time. Delivery times are taken into effect upon approval of artwork.

Sending Artwork

Artwork can be sent to: artwork@icopy247.com (up to 8MB), or for larger files this can be transferred via www.wetransfer.com once payment has been made. You can also send us your artwork on a disc at:

Design Service

Can you prepare artwork for me?
Of course we can. iCopy247 had dedicated in house designers with years of experience within the designing field. We always ensure that you are happy with the artwork our designers will have prepared before any printing is carried out by emailing it to you beforehand.

How much does it cost for design service?
Our charges for design service vary according to the type of product.

Supplying Artwork

We require that for all CD / DVD products and printed paper parts are designed in CMYK. If artwork is sent as a RGB file we will have problems colour matching when the artwork is sent to print.

What format shall I send the artwork?
  • Print Ready PDF ( high resolution PDF)
  • JPEG (minimum 300dpi)
  • PSD – set the resolution to 300dpi when opening a new page
We recommend you send the file as a print ready PDF. If you do supply artwork as a TIFF or JPEG ensure that the files are saved at a minimum 300dpi and colours are set to CMYK.
Note* Please ensure colours are set to CMYK and nor in RGB.

Will Copy247 make changes to my supplied artwork if there is a problem?
Yes. There will be no charge for minor adjustments, although if more additional work is required then we will charge out at £35.00 per hour.
Order Proof
When you submit your design to us we’ll check your files and will send you a PDF proof by email for your approval before manufacturing commences. We ask that you check the PDF carefully and approve it on the day it arrives to avoid any unnecessary delays in production.
White Label Delivery
This service is provided to trade/general customers, where the goods are sent directly to your client with no reference to fact that they have come from ICopy247. If you wish to email a dispatch note to us before shipping, we will include this to the goods package.
Under no circumstances will we ever contact your customer without your prior approval.
Returns
Damages or shortfall of my delivered items, upon receipt of the goods; any damages or shortfall noticed must be reported immediately by telephone: 01582 404146 and in writing (email) to info@icopy247.co.uk.
Notification by the buyer is limited to 3 days after receipt of the goods.
If we receive a complaint, we will ask for 5 samples to be returned. Upon investigation of the problem and it is determined that is a valid defect hich was our fault. The discs would be re-manufactured at our cost. If the order is re-run then we will require the faulty discs to be returned to us at our cost.
After a Quality Contol investigation of the samples, we discover that the problem was not our fault. For example I the problem is a colour issue and we have not been sent anything to match on, then we could not accept liability as we were not to know the exact colour reference.
How to send Masters
We recommend that you pack your masters very carefully to avoid any risk of damage in the post and send them either by Royal Mail “Special Delivery” or a courier. We do not recommend using regular post as you will not be able to track your parcel. Always keep a backup of any master or artwork you submit, iCopy247 is not responsible for masters or original art that are lost in the post.

Payment
Once payment is made you will receive an invoice via email, telling you what you have purchased and the total amount. If paying by debit/credit card you will be taken to a secure world pay site where you can input your details in the secure area. If paying by cheque or bank transfer your order will be despatched on cleared funds.
